Become a Sponsor of the Run/Walk
Imagine
having a highly visible, running or walking advertisement for your
business! We invite you to become a sponsor of the
Ruth Allen Memorial Towpath Run and Fun Walk, which
will be held on
Saturday, August 11, 2012. As
a sponsor of the Ruth Allen Memorial Run and Fun Walk, your business
name will be emblazoned on the event T-shirts. Also, the Run and Walk
will be held in conjunction with the Marshall
Days, so your
advertising statement will go even farther!
Businesses
can participate in the following ways:
Race
Bag Sponsor* –
Contribute items for inclusion in the bag to be handed out to each
participant. We hope to have 150 runners and walkers. The items may
be imprinted with advertising, a logo and/or a message. Suggested
items for the race bag are Band-Aids®, small pad of paper, small
notebook, datebook, bandana, pen/pencil, key chain, tissues, bottled
water, or granola bar. Please have your items ready to be picked up
by July 25, 2012 by calling
841-4707. You will receive a FREE 2012 T-shirt and be listed on the
website.
Be
sure to complete the Sponsorship Application, indicating your level
of support, and return by July
8, 2012, so we can insure
your business’ name on the T-shirt and on the web site. We
welcome personal donations as well.
Thank
you for agreeing to become a sponsor! We hope you make plans to join
us on the 11th
to cheer on the runners and walkers. Please make your check payable
to Marshall Run, and mail it and your sponsorship application form
